Client Data Ownership
You own 100% of your subscriber data, inventory databases, and router configurations. We never sell or monetize your data.

01.Scope & Applicability
This Privacy Policy applies to all software platforms, web portals, APIs, and IT services provided by SendX IT, including but not limited to:
- ISP Billing Software & Subscriber Lifecycle Automation Platforms.
- Retail Point-of-Sale (POS) counter terminals and offline sync clients.
- Multi-Branch Inventory and Warehouse Management systems.
- Android field collector and subscriber mobile applications.
- Custom web applications, cloud hosting infrastructure, and MikroTik network engineering services.
02.Information We Collect
To deliver high-availability software platforms and automated billing synchronization, we process the following categories of information:
A. Account & Operational Credentials
Business name, authorized representative details, administrative email address, billing phone number, and physical office address provided during onboarding.
B. Network & Router Configuration Data
For ISP clients, our platform securely processes MikroTik router IP addresses, API port configurations, API user credentials, FreeRADIUS secret keys, PPPoE profile names, IP pools, and queue bandwidth allocations.
C. Subscriber Billing & Transaction Records
Subscriber names, user IDs, mobile numbers, monthly package rates, zone assignments, and Mobile Financial Service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) transaction IDs, amounts, and settlement timestamps required for automated bill reconciliation.
03.How We Use Your Information
We process data solely for the following legitimate technical and business purposes:
- Executing automated MikroTik bandwidth shaping, user profile switching, and instant disconnect/reconnect commands.
- Reconciling incoming bKash, Nagad, and Rocket MFS gateway payments with subscriber ledgers.
- Generating digital invoice receipts and dispatching automated SMS notification alerts.
- Diagnosing server health, monitoring uptime, and providing 24/7 technical hotline support.
- Complying with applicable telecommunications regulatory standards and audit guidelines in Bangladesh.
04.Data Security & Technical Safeguards
We implement comprehensive enterprise-grade technical safeguards designed to protect your operational assets:
- Transport Layer Security: All client communications and web portals enforce TLS 1.3 / SSL encryption.
- Credential Encryption: Router passwords, API secrets, and sensitive tokens are encrypted using AES-256 and salted hashing before storage.
- Access Control: Administrative system access is restricted strictly on a need-to-know basis and requires multi-factor authentication.
- Automated Backups: Mission-critical billing databases are backed up with redundant snapshot intervals and offsite failover redundancy.
05.Third-Party Service Providers
To deliver integrated billing features, we interface with trusted third-party providers under strict confidentiality agreements:
- Payment Gateways: Licensed Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) for transaction verification and settlements.
- SMS Gateway Providers: Authorized telecom aggregators for automated customer notification dispatch.
- Data Center & Cloud Infrastructure: High-speed NVMe hosting and BDIX-connected infrastructure with monitored uptime.
06.Data Retention & Account Termination
We retain active customer databases for the duration of the subscription agreement. Upon formal cancellation or termination of services:
- Clients have the right to request a complete export of their subscriber ledgers in standard formats (CSV/SQL).
- Production databases and router credentials are decommissioned and permanently wiped from our active clusters within 30 days of contract settlement.
